Me quedé 3noches la habitación en primer piso. Estaba súper limpio y amplio especialmente parte del baño, las instalaciones todavía están nuevas, así que fue muy muy cómodo. Y Carlos estuvo muy atento conmigo, él es una persona muy amigable y considerada. Puedes caminar todos lados, hay un restaurante frente del hotel, y farmacia, mini super están muy cerquita. Entonces recomendable 100% Starfish, muchísimas gracias. 写真よりずっと新しいお部屋で、特にバスルーム/トイレが新築並みでしかもスペースが十分ありすごく快適でした。清掃もしっかりしてくれて、ベッドメイキングも完璧。ただ、ドライヤーがないので必要な方は持参されたほうがいいです。

Simple, clean, comfortable beds. Staff (Carlos) absolutely amazing!!!

Starfish was perfect for our family of 6. Super clean, tastefully simple and quiet. Carlos was a super host and surprised us with a complementary late check out on our last day as we were waiting to catch the ferry AC and wifi worked well. Highly recommend Albita Grill restaurant that just opened Jan-01-2024.

Carlos, the host, was super helpful. Also, this was the cleanest place we stayed at on the Galapagos and it was because of his efforts in cleaning. This guy worked so hard, he needs a raise.

Staff were amazing. Always fruit and drinking water available. Even brought us a fruit platter one afternoon whilst sitting in the courtyard. Room was very clean and very large bed. Great location.

Hot water system seems to be broken- only had hot water twice. Staff tried to fix but unable to. Unfortunately wifi almost non - existent. Probably the worst wifi we have encountered.

Clean and relaxed property. Comfortable bed. Carlos was an amazing host, very friendly, welcomig and polite, he tried to please us in every possible way. Big thanks to Carlos!

The receptionist, Carlos, was phenomenal! Friendly, smiling, laughing. A real joy to be around! He helped to organize my tours which were same or less price than agencies. He would let me know when taxis arrived, and make sure I had water, sunscreen , hat, etc. and help me into tall taxi bus! He is super kind, caring and professional. I had allergies or cold and he gave me a packet of Syngrapal - similar to tylenol cold/ cough. He went over and beyond. I speak very little Spanish but enough for us to communicate and use translator - which helped me learn more. The hotel is very modern, comfortable and garden is relaxing. I was solo. The island is super safe and everyone knows everyone. ( and they will all know you in a couple days!) Walk to beach and restaurants was 3-5 min . The A/C is great, has hot water but I didn’t need it, hangers, comfy bed and pillows, Front Gate, Garden area w tables chairs for meals, filtered water in lobby avail 24 hrs, etc
