THE WHITE PALACE Rabat

Magnífico Palacete , era un hotel pequeño, acogedor y precioso , nos sorprendió gratamente , el recibimiento por parte del personal , súper atentos y amables en todo momento , nos hicieron sentir muy bien . Su piscina muy limpia y en un entorno relajante, con muchas plantas y todo super cuidado . Comimos en su restaurante y todo muy bien . La zona muy tranquila en una urbanización lujosa sin bullicio del centro pero a la vez cerca . Volvería sin dudarlo .

Nous avons passé seulement une nuit au White Palace, mais c’était suffisant pour être impressionnés par la qualité et le confort de l’hôtel. Un cadre magnifique, un service impeccable, et surtout un grand merci à Moncef pour son excellent service et son accueil chaleureux. Une expérience 5 étoiles que je recommande vivement

In several aspects and details, it is clear that this is not a five-star hotel, so they should not charge such high prices as if it truly met that standard.

Een fijn verblijf gehad.Super vriendelijk peesoneel Onrbijt was goed Het hotel is rustgevend ,netjes een onstpannen sfeer.Zwembad was schoon. Geen min punten voor ons verblijf hier vooral personeel top top top

Je n'ai pas pu me présenter la première nuit car j'ai été retenu par la douane de Nador. J'ai tenté de communiquer avec l'hôtel par WhatsApp mais la personne à l'autre bout n'a rien compris. Je me suis présenter pour la seconde nuit tard dans la nuit et tout était fermé. J'ai sonné mais personne n'a ouvert alors qu'il est précisé qu'il y a une réception 24/7. J'ai donc du prendre un autre hôtel pour finir la nuit.

The location and the staff were incredible.

I stayed here with my Mum for the weekend, who is a local from Rabat. The service we received was not in keeping with a 5 Star hotel. Our towels were not changed for 2 days. The drainage in the bathroom didn’t work and I had to unblock the bidet and bath from the main pipe. Our room number was 105. The breakfast options are very limited. Whilst the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, I was shocked by the attitude of the owners wife. She was completely unwilling to listen to my feedback which I provided face to face a few days later when I came back to enquire about a wedding booking. After spending money as a guest, and wanting to return and potentially spend a lot of money on a wedding, I could not believe how she spoke to me in front of her staff and her husband - who, like the staff, was trying to be respectful and helpful. He even had to remind her I was a guest in front of me. This lady totally ruined my experience and I wanted to leave my feedback so it may make a difference and not spoil anyone else’s vacation.
