Country Inn Hall of Heritage Amritsar - Just 6 Mins From Golden Temple

Breakfast below average. Room Floor need Repair, Room no. 310. Washbasin has Bed smell. Stain on Bed sheet. Before booking, the staff told me that online booking is for Standard Room. After I booked, it was mentioned Superior Room. But room provided was not Superior from any Point of view. They provided Standard Room having no Window or Ventilation and with very limited Toiletries.

The first shift during mid day and early morning front desk are hospitable listening patiently and helping. but one person is irritating. The rooms are good and clean but a little bit of standard improvements necessary the restaurant on the 6th floor is awesome. early morning with the fog of entire amritsar is a great view. had difernet varieties of morning breakfast.

some front desk staff needs to be taught how to be hospitable . when customers pay and come we don't expect rude answers.

A lot of things dislike because when I just entered to the room room was dirty bed sheet was broken and floor was dirty I complained about that but staff attitude was very bad he ask me to complain with FO THEN I ORDERED TWO CUP OF TEA THEN CIP INSDIE I FOUND A FUKING HAIR I COMPLAIN ABOUT YHAY BUT NO ONE RESPOND bathroom was too small

Doesn’t even have basic medicines like, for an headace.
