Overall a very nice hotel

Bathroom/shower could do with an upgrade.

Hotel was clean and matches the photos but staff behaviour could have been better. Centrally located. All major attractions and eating joints are quite close by

Staff behaviour could have been better. They gave us slightly stained towels for which we didn't make a fuss, however, at the time of check-out they claimed we had stained the towels for which they asked us to pay. We declined and left. Additionally, we asked for their help in booking a car to the airport at 9:15 am very early in the morning. The person at the reception mentioned they would inform to the person who would be in charge after 9 am. No arrangement was done and we had to find a way to avail a cab on our own and reached the airport just in time to catch the flight

Breakfast was just ok. Though the spread was decent enough, the quality left a lot to be desired. Quality of room service food was also below par.

Room size was too small, bathoom was shabby and toiletories supply was poor. Rooms were too close for comfort, no Privacy and sounds from adjoining rooms was a serious deterrent. Situated in a congested locality with no proper parking space.
