El estilo de construcción, las plantas y la piscina

Lamentablemente, falta de limpieza en la Villa (la cocina estaba totalmente sucia, con telas de araña y en el sector de desayuno estaba igual), por ello no quisimos desayunar a pesar de que estaba incluido en el precio. Nadie se acerco a preguntar porque no fuimos a desayunar o se necesitábamos algo.

Location. Rooms and beds adequate.

Everything. Poor service from reception staff. Communication/language difficulties. Villa Kitchen facilities unclean, our pool dirty, bathroom very basic. No tissues, no hand towell or bathmat, no hot water for day 1, no vanity bench or hanging hooks in very old bathroom. Asked for insect spray or coils....had none. Bought our own. Also no water or tea or coffee supplied. In Expensive for what we got. Paid for breakfast included, but after inspection of "restaurant" kitchen area we did NOT eat there. Other pool was clean....not ours. Photos on your website are extremely deceiving. Not happy at all. Would suggest you remove this accomodation from your website.

"okay but would chose somewhere else next time"

it was quiet. pool was nice.

The property was suppose to have two room villa but it was just two large hotel rooms. We got this along with some hotel style rooms because it was suppose to have a seating area with an outdoor kitchen. These didnt exist.
