The only thing and only reason why I booked this hotel is because of its location.

Many things unfortunately! 1. I booked a suite for eid and requested for a crib for my son. (Long story short, I didn’t get it only until I was able to speak with the supervisor as I was fed up with their accusations and lack of service) 2. Some of those I spoke with needs a proper curse in customer service 3. Lack of care at the breakfast dine along with very limited options. 4. Pool was a disappointment. Very little. 5. Flush for the toilets are very weak, you need to flush 2-3 times before it cleans up. 6. Cups for the tea/coffee are in different sizes not even a match/set.

I am writing this review mainly to show appreciation and gratitude for the hotel staff. Front desk Mr. Ishtiyaq, who were very supportive since arrival and made our check in really quick and easy, Ms. Ikram took us for a tour in the hotel and answered every question, Mr. Richard in the club lounge who is always taking the initiative to support with a smile and also helped us in the luggage while checking out. And everyone in the vallet parking as well. The lifegaurd Ms. Anjula. And for all hotel staff. The hotel was in premium location in the middle of Doha beside the city centre and Doha Exhibition Convention Centre. No need for a vehicle to go to both. There is also public park in the back of the hotel with 2 Padel courts and kids play area. The rooms were also very quiet and the sleeping experience was amazing. Clean rooms and well equipped. Family friendly atmosphere. The view of the room was amazing. I and my family loved enjoyed every moment. Thank you.

This has been our first family trip to Doha, and we have been pleased with our choice of Le Méridien. It’s very close to the beach, at the center of West Bay, with easy access to the majority of Doha destinations! Despite the Eid, the service was amazing and close to perfection. Excellent value for money! Special thanks to Anis, Ishtiaq, and the rest of the staff.

Location excellent

Room was 1945 style bathroom was badly laid out no walk in shower

Location is nice, service is perfect and much appreciation to Sha and Ani for making my stay extra comfortable and enjoyable
