Thank you, Mr. Ahmed Ali, for your great hospitality and excellent service. It was a wonderful experience, and it certainly won’t be my last visit.

We stayed with my wife and our two kids for an Eid staycation. Our eldest son wasn’t happy with the room size and kept asking for a more spacious room. We knew the hotel was fully occupied, so requesting a room change won’t be possible . Still, our 5 year old insisted and dragged us to the reception desk. There we met Ikram, who welcomed us with such warmth and sincerity despite the busy lobby and long queue. My son directly asked her, Please can you give us a bigger room? Instead of dismissing him, she listened carefully, acknowledged his request, and immediately made the moment special. She took two balloons, blew them up herself, and handed them to both my son and his baby brother. It was such a simple yet thoughtful gesture, and it truly meant a lot to us. Ikram checked the system and explained that the hotel was fully booked, but she still said, Let me see what I can do for you. Within less than a minute, she managed to offer us a larger twin room, which worked perfectly for our us . She even personally showed us the room and made sure my son was happy with it. As a hotelier , I would normally never request a room change in a fully occupied hotel and during such occasions , because I understand how difficult and uncomfortable these situations can be for the front desk team. But Ikram accommodated our Sin request and handled everything flawlessly. She acted with professionalism, and genuine care, while also making my son feel important and heard. Thank you, Ikram, for showing what true hospitality really means. Breakfast was also excellent fresh food, great bakery selection, and a very well-organized service despite the restaurant being completely packed. The team handled the pressure exceptionally well. My only constructive feedback would be regarding the dinner buffet. While I understand that a limited variety can sometimes be acceptable, unfortunately the overall quality and taste of all dishes were below expectations. Most items lacked flavor and refinement. The only standout desserts were the cheesecake and red velvet cake, which were excellent. A special thanks as well to Khouloud at check-out. She brought wonderful energy, professionalism, and positive interaction to the final part of our stay. Will comeback …

كل شيء كان في غاية الروعة والترتيب بداية من موظفين الموقف Jaya , saheer and Zoua اللذين كانوا في غاية اللطف والمساعدة خصوصا اثناء الزحام مرورا بموظفي الاستقبال شكرا لهم الفندق نظيف جدا وقريب من مركز التسوق والغرف نظيفة وواسعة وموظفي خدمة الغرف في غاية الاهتمام والنظافة ويبذلون جهدا كبيرا في تسليم الغرفة نظيفة وجميلة اما الفطور فقد كان متنوع والموظفين هناك Mubasir , kautour, Yasmin Aric and Flias كلهم كانوا يؤدون عمل رائع شكرا لهم اعتقد ان الفندق يستاهل كل ريال دفعته وسيكون خياري الاول مستقبلا

Its location.

The service was very slow throughout my stay. 1. The receptionist refused to complete the check-in process using my digital government ID. 2. As a result, I requested my car through the valet service to retrieve my physical ID. Unfortunately, the service took more than 30 minutes, and I eventually had to go to the basement and collect the car myself. 3. The AC was not functioning properly despite being set to 22. I reported the issue to the receptionist who informed me that the maintenance team would be notified. However, after leaving the hotel and returning later, the issue remained unresolved. 4. Be aware that parking may be difficult to find if you arrive around midnight as parking spaces are limited.

Our stay was perfect

I was staying in the room with my two children. Whenever we used the bathtub, water from the shower overflowed onto the toilet floor and accumulated there, causing flooding. The water remained on the floor throughout my stay until I vacated the room. I stayed in the room for three days, and fortunately neither my children nor I experienced a slip-and-fall incident. However, this condition posed a serious safety risk. Please ask the maintenance supervisor to switch on the shower for five minutes and inspect the bathroom. He will be able to clearly see that the toilet floor becomes flooded due to the drainage system not being properly installed or functioning effectively. Kindly investigate and take the necessary corrective action to prevent similar issues for future guests.

Swimming pool on the 43rd floor

Many; just a few below: 1- Room is not as described. It says 2 adults and 2 kids but it’s only for 2 adults 2- When I requested an extra bed to be ready before my arrival the hotel wanted to charge me 150 Riyal although the room I booked fits 4 as per the room description. The bed was then provided later when I called the reception but only for one kid 3- The family kids club was closed !!! 4- Not quite hotel at all. My room was on the 14th floor and I couldn’t sleep as I can clearly hear the street noise. Isolation is not good 5- Although I paid through booking and confirmed, the hotel wanted to charge me claiming that he didn’t recieve payment. Later this was corrected. This tells you that this is not at all a 5-stars hotel 6- Although breakfast is included, you will have to sign on a receipt with 125 Riyal charges. When I asked to clarify they said this is only for the record and no charges will be applied. Then why I need to sign on this!!! 7- During check in, I was asked to show a proof that I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and a pic of my phone was taken. This is not professional at all.
