The Bull

We stayed on BBB bonfire night and expected lots of noise. But a lock in in the bar below us till 2.30 was not. 12.30 acceptable 2.30 not.

Als je houdt van de charme van een authentieke Engelse pub dan is The Bull een uitstekende keuze. De kamer was ruim en netjes, de bedden comfortabel. De flesjes water, de koekjes, koffie en thee op de kamer was een leuk extraatje.

we ate dinner on the Saturday night and then left to go to another pub as there was a hen night enjoying themselves. The staff were very helpful with the temperature of the room (too hot) and got it sorted quickly. There was an error on our billw which was resolved promptly. It was a popular spot for the locals too

The noise level - we had to wait until the bar had cleared before we could get some sleep which was disappointing. When we went to pay our bill in the morning, the system didn't recognise that we'd paid the room bill prior to arriving at the property. We ended up paying twice. We only realised when we got home and checked our bank statements. The owner of the Bull text the following morning (Mon) and reimbursed us immediately. Think this is an issue between Booking.com and The Bull
