PKBreakfast was ok. The place needs at least have items on the menu. No butter for toast no Lassi or soft drinks available. For a price of over 38900 pkr expected a much better organised place.
Breakfast not all items available on menu Service was not up-to scratch, toilet and shower room not clean. TV did not work had issues with wifi not working
PKPKI paid them in advance & had to check out before. At the time of checkout, I was told that I would receive my outstanding balance in multiple transactions that I refused because I wanted the full payment; then they said to me that for the total amount, I had to wait, to which I agreed. It was decided that I would receive my payment on 12th August. On 11th August, I called the guy Fawad from the mgmt for the reminder, but nothing happened. I reached out to the owner he kept on playing around and didn't reimburse my funds and gave me multiple dates. I had to report that to the police, but because I'm not in Islamabad, that's why no action was taken. I've received no updates from their side. It's just me following up with them. They have no sense of responsibility. No one is willing to take responsibility to sort this issue out.
PKRooms furniture was very nice and comfortable, clean.
Cleanliness was problem which need to be taken care of. There were insects in rooms. Room amenities were not taken serious like tissue box water bottle in minibar. Breakfast option were very basic if we consider the property.

I booked presidential. And I was requested to stay in some executive due to their mismanagement. Had to stay another day just to enjoy my space.
