I have booked room OXVUE boutique hotel but after I booked the room they call me that Sir no room is available I said that I just booked the room ,,they said that the room you booked is under maintenance but I kept on asking so why there was room available on booking.com app but they kept on saying one thing that Sir your room has no AC its under maintenance,,so I have to booked other hotel room on very high prices due to negligence and arrogant behaviour of booking.com snd OXVUE BOUTIQUE HOTEL. If room is under maintenance so booking.com should take notice and write all room sold out why showing room on app,,why wasting time. Pathetic

TRThe location is really good. Centrally located to everything. The helper boys were very accommodating.
No professionalism. Seems like they opened in a rush. It's still under construction. No SOPS. Telephone didn't work. Had to go 2 floors down by stairs for everything. The lift didn't work. The internet turned off in the night of our room while other wifis were showing. Only one type of pillow available. The toilet did not have Muslim shower installed. Fan's capacitor didn't work. Fan was on low speed all day. Sound of hammering and other work was till very late. Not good for families with young children who sleep early. They need to hire a manager from hospitality industry who can turn this place around
AEThe ambience of the hotel and rooms view really justifies the name of the hotel. The must try "karak tea" enhances the superb morning breeze joy. Overall stay would never be happening without professional services of Mr.Fawad at the property. One must have this kind of manager to provide quality and satisfactory customer services. I really wanted to stay again and greatly recommended for solo or family stay.
Every hotel has its pros and cons but I really wanted to say this is much much better than any other famous and costly hotels in the area.
