This is my second time booking with ULIV. The place is exactly as advertised! Communication from the host is timely and clear. It’s been very easy for me. Location is PERFECT! I can’t stress more on this point. It’s walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Polanco. It’s also just 1km from metro. We used a combination of metro and Uber while staying there. We had a great experience staying at this place.

Only complaint is Wifi gets slow every now and then. We had to restart the modem a few times. But in general it’s been great!

The location (in a lovely area with all restaurants around you can walk to), the apt was perfect for two people (there’s a huge bed + a sofa bed) and the 24h security (staff was EXTREMELY nice).

There’s no AC… they only provide a fan and it’s impossible to stay in during the day for how hot the apt gets. The blinds are faulty so they were hard to pull up and down.

I’m aware that a/c is not common in CDMX but a little warning would’ve been great for those of us who don’t live there. It was HOT.

Was great will stay again!
