The apartment are very spacious with a nice kitchen.

The door codes are sent very late only a few hours before you check in and it. I had a flight from Europe to Mexico and would have like to have the codes before the flight so I did not have to hassle with getting internet before getting to the hotel. Also it was unclear how and when they sent the codes. It is irritating that you need to check in online with information that you have already provided through booking.com. The water took sometimes for every to get warm.

Good stay but small and tight apartments

Le hace falta remodelación y mantenimiento a las suites. Había deterioro en el techo y mal olor

El control remoto de la tv no responde con facilidad, a saber si la pila necesita cambiarse. Una de las dos cadenas de las persianas rota de la cadena. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir en la regadera. La secadora de pelo en mal estado y no prende. La lampara al medio del baño no da iluminacion en el espejo para maquillarse. Las puertas que dividen la sala de la habitacion se atoran y no cierran bien. El colchon de la cama incomodo, quiza ya necesite cambiarse.
