Great room. Less than one black from the port harbor. Superior air conditioning and shower. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had trouble finding the check in hotel and the woman working was extremely helpful.

Everything was great. It would have been good to know the breakfast was off site initially finding the spot was challenging at first. The breakfast was okay not the best we only went once in 4 days

Everything! Including Dora the lovely housekeeper.

Pods for the coffee maker are only provided for the first day of your stay.

The place is located next to the Venetian harbour. The room was nicely renovated but had only one small window at the bathroom... Thus, no view.

Great location. Beautiful room. Our room was facing back but it was good as it's a lit quieter.

Good location, great views from shared balcony

There were no windows in the room. The one window they had was looking into the hallway and let light in constantly (all night). Also weirdly bathroom in the bedroom (sink) and the glass door to loo is next to the bed- and the fan never went off/ smelly drain next to bed. On arrival the room smelt like smoke and because we couldn’t open windows it was frustrating. They offered to move us but was 6pm by that point we needed to get the kids fed etc. In retrospect we should have taken the room as we didn’t sleep well.

Nice modern room

Clogged shower flooded the whole bathroom. Check in at a different location which is not easy to drag luggage’s back and forth.

The location was great and nearby several shops. Unfortunately, some of the staff were impatient and would respond to basic questions with a passive aggressive attitude.

La vue

This quality hotel rents magnificent suites located above a night club!!! (the DNV) and then allows itself to explain to you that the nightlife of Hania is festive! It is impossible to sleep before 4 a.m. Absolutely avoid rooms 8, 9, 10. If you go there you will be treated like cattle, note that to check out you have to walk 300 meters, the same for breakfast... no service... except for an effective complaints service to defend the interests of their company without taking into account the disappointment of its customers.

The place was great, location was fantastic, we only had to walk a bit to find the reception for our key. Other than this the place was perfect
