Loved everything except that the check-in desk is a separate building inside the streets of Chania. So it was confusing and had to walk back and forth with our luggage

Stylish clean and super comfortable . An ideal location for Chania Old Town. Lighting options were fab

Nothing really was slightly annoying having to check in at the other hotel then walk to Erato

Accommodation was excellent with great location. Not sure if there was an apartment above us, but could hear movement through the ceiling. Close to main square and everything was within walking distance.

Hôtel looks great and is very clean with helpful staff. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well, the bed was very hard, I woke up everyday with pain in my body from sleeping in such a hard mattress. Also, instead of having a queen bed, they put 2 twin bed next to each other with is very inconvenient. Beds can move a little when we move during sleep, then there is a hole in the middle and stuff can fall in there it’s just really inconvenient for what they call a 5 star hotel

Great apartment right in the heart of the harbour and old town. Lovely views of the harbour and beyond. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great choice. One thing to think about is to add a full length mirror in the rooms
