Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa

Very happy with hotel, its location and staff. From moment we arrived we were greeted and all details (room. AC, restaurant, services) clearly explained. We decided to eat in restaurant. Food was amazing. Pleasant outside eating area. The breakfast was included and was excellent. Had to use laundry service and it was promptly returned (smelled very clean). I will highly recommend the hotel! A very pleasant experience. (Loved the peacock details).

We had a very warm welcome, and kindly treated during our stay. The food was great enjoyed it. The room was cozy and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the old quarter we can actually just walk or take tuktuk ride for 2mins cost you 50k vnd, considerably cheap.

Great hotel with pool and spa. The food excellent! Clean and not too fr from old town. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, nice cold pool, big rooms, a proper shower, good choice with the breakfast, easy walk into the old town and attractions and the staff are incredibly friendly. Hit the roof top bar to finish off the evening. Great spot, nearly new, clean and we'll appointed.

The hotel itself was wonderful...great location, comfortable and clean. But what makes this hotel extra special is the staff. Chloe and Rachel were simply amazing. Rachel made sure everything was perfect for us and helped arrange everything we wanted both in the hotel and trips etc. When we had an issue with onward travel, Chloe was simply amazing. She took charge of everything, told us not to worry, and sorted it all out for us. Being so far from home with possible language barriers, this was invaluable. She is a treasure!

Everything, we enjoyed our stay from begining to the end. Worth a 5 star hotel for a reasonable price.

The hotel itself is lovely-great location, restful, very comfortable. The spa is also very good. But what makes this hotel stand out is two of the staff in particular...Chloe and Rachel. Rachel arranged everything we wished for, excursions, shopping, dining. She ensured our room was to our liking and she was always so pleasant. She seemed to genuinely love her job. When we had a major issue with onward travel, Chloe told us not to worry, that she would help us. She give our issue her full attention, used her initiative and resources and had us sorted very quickly. We got to relax knowing Chloe was taking care of us. Being so far from home with a language barrier, her help was invaluable. She is most capable, resourceful and caring. Her English is excellent and her eagerness to help her guests is exemplary.

Amazing hotel and staff are soo friendly.

We had an absolutely lovely stay, extremely friendly staff & beautiful rooms. Everyone was amazing & highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again
