The hotel is advertised as new but maintained poorly. I noticed some mole like green moss on the exterior one corner of hotel when driving up and I should have left then. Check in was nice and friendly and efficient clerk. The upkeep of the hotel is below average. Elevator was filthy and the lobby walkthrough was not clean. The carpets needed cleaning as well I booked 2 night but stayed 1 night and left for another hotel. I was told my points for the second night would be refunded but 2 week later and 2 calls to Marriott and no points refund.

"I have had better stays at other hotels; a comfortable bed is very important to me and the bed here was just not comfort"

The area was quiet. The dining area was spacious.

The beds are not comfortable at all the mattresses were hard feeling. The pillow cases had black stains on them and the refrigerator was not cold.
