L'emplacement, les salles de bain et la place de parking

3 jours avant notre arrivee, la proprietaire m'a reclame le paiement par carte de 250 € alors que le contrat avec booking.com specifiait paiement en liquide de 200 € à notre arrivée. Les clés nous ont été remises par l'employée qui faisait le ménage, une heure après notre arrivée (17 H) parce que l'appartement n'était pas prêt. La literie dans son ensemble mériterait un plus grand soin.... Le couchage d'appoint, en l'occurence, 2 canapets lits, étaient vétustes, pratiquement hors d'usage, d'une saleté inacceptable et dégageait une odeur repoussante. Nous en avons fait des photos. La vaisselle de table et les couverts mis à notre disposition étaient largement insuffisants pour un séjour de 4 jours et pour 5 personnes. Le rangement de la cuisine comprenait tout un tas d'élèments hétéroclites (échelle, équipements divers inutiles pour nous, penderie,)

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Man hat sehr viel Platz.

De locatie was top. Goed ingericht appartement, wel een grappige indeling.

Eigenlijk niets. Van tevoren wel doorgeven hoe laat je arriveert. Dit wordt ook nog door de eigenaar gevraagd. Wij hadden ivm geen bereik dit niet doorgegeven en moesten even wachten tot het app klaar was. Geen probleem verder, en onze fout.

Central to everything. Great location

Ground floor was too noisy. The owner said they had AC- but they did not! They had a portable AC that was NOT INSTALLED!!! The place smelled moldy and the bedding smelled moldy too

Needs shutters for noise reduction (especially late at night and its ground floor location) and light reduction

The location is great the apartment is on first floor so not many stairs. It seems to have a frequent resident so all the comforts of home. The host speak English but will struggle to keep up if you speak too quickly. She was very proactive when I left something behind which I was able to retrieve. The parking was like 3 blocks away but secure and covered. This is a very central location with typical parking difficulties but manageable to me.

Communication can be challenging if your first language is English, It was better when my relative spoke Spanish to the host.

location is great. Apartment is modern and clean. The host was really helpful and available.

Horrific level of English and communication skills from the host. We were asked for 250€ deposit transferred to her bank account and it would be returned later and she said it is Booking policy, when in fact the policy is to give her the deposit cash 200€, not 250, and to receive it back cash again on the check out day. We were calling for 40 minutes without answer and access to the apartment, which lead me to call Booking, a call that cost me 60€. An hour later a call from the host comes, with the excuse that she forgot her phone in the car, at 21:00 on the check in day. Access was still not granted, because of the poorest communication skills I have ever faced. Thank God for a neighbour that was coming back home who spoke to the host and let us in the room. Lastly, the room is on the ground floor and there is a bar beneath the bedrooms, which makes it almost impossible to sleep normally. My suggestion: DON’T GO THERE!!!
