Great base location just minutes from the train and across the road from Aldi and Lidl.

Persistent issues with leaks to the shop below, and the downstairs neighbour turning the water off. The host already had a plumber working on it before we arrived, and they continued to investigate over the three days of our stay. Also, the back staircase had stains and smelt strongly of cat urine.

The hosts Sofia and Bisola are fraudsters. Upon arrival, the property was in poor condition with the heating and shower water not working and the oven burnt. It took over 12 hours to fix the heating. Given this appalling service, I didn’t ask for a refund. I was asked for a security holding deposit which shouldn’t be debited from my account but withheld until after my stay. On 4th December, my account was debited £200. Despite the poor service and hospitality, they refuse to refund my £200, citing a stained duvet, a slightly burnt kitchen floor and accusing me of taking their cutlery. When I asked for time-stamped video proof, Bisola said it would cost extra. This is a sign that they are fraudulently people. See the photos Bisola was accusing my guest and I for saying it cost £350 and so won’t refund back my £200.

Lots of space for us all and the kids were able to have a room each. Location was brilliant, close to a metro line. Value for money definitely. Shower in main bathroom was brilliant!

I know why you have fire doors as all the doors, just have to keep reminding kids to not let them slam

Lots of stairs into property that were not advertised And we brought a disabled person with us. The place was dirty and there was no terrace or patio or tennis courts. The 'terrace' was where the bins were. Putting 2 chairs there does not make it a terrace or patio. The area was also full of cigarette ends. Bathroom tiles full of mold. Have taken plenty photos.

Location is good and the size of the apartment was surprising.

Arrived to WiFi broken so no TV either, did ask the next morning to send pictures of the box via email but no reply. No mugs supplied. The blinds on the second floor are thin and cheap so the sun blazes through at 5am. Lots of noise from the main road so not ideal if you have children. They also make you give card details for a ‘Hold’ of £200. It’s not a hold, they take your money. I authorised a sum of £0 on my banking app, but they proceeded to take £200 the next day. Then have refused to give it back based off a single bed sheet being ruined (one of the teenagers had fake tan on for their dance competition we were attending so completely our fault which is fine and I would expect to cover that) but then have persisted to say that we smoked in the property which is a lie. Best of all is that the photo of two pieces of black fluff on the bedside table (photo attached) was in the room that my 5 year old niece slept in! I have offered to pay for the bedding but they are still refusing and have taken and kept the whole £200. Now I have asked for business details to take it further they are ignoring me.

The place was filthy, Tried to contact the host to see if there was a hoover but had no response, ended up going to buy our own kettle

They need some better curtains in the bedrooms but other than that it was perfect

It’s in a very good area with both Aldi and Lidl very close by. It had a good number of rooms

The water pressure isn’t the best as you can’t have people using all three bathrooms at the same time. The heating also wasn’t the best, we eventually had to get some mobile heaters to heat up the rooms at night.

I liked how it is layed out with the different floors and how there are enough beds for all guests (no sofa bed etc). The owners are lovely allowing early and later check out times. I also loved the blankets within the lounge which were great to get cosy with.

The property could be doing with more cleaning supplies and a hoover. I understand that a cleaner comes afterwards but these would be great to help freshen the place up throughout the stay. I also feel like shampoo, conditioner and body wash would be beneficial as these are easy things to forget to pack even miniatures would help a lot. The on suite downstairs did have some dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor which could easily be resolved by cleaning or hoovering it up. Also some more toilet roll to be provided.
