Place is well located near the tram/bus stations, it’s pretty new and clean.

The chubby dude with glasses at the reception might needs some kind of PR training, you probably shouldn’t be sighing when customers are asking questions or dismissing them right away without answering or even answering wrong. It reeks of unprofessionalism and isn’t the polite thing to do in the hospitality industry. Amenities are also slightly lacking: No hairdryers, TVs had no remotes in the room so they were inoperable

Me gustó mucho porque no me esperaba que fuera tan grande la habitación, me ha parecido muy sorprendente por el precio y la calidad. No se oye nada de ruidos.

No hay nada de menaje y bueno para una estancia tan corta quizás lo mínimo podría ser posible.

Todo muy bien. Limpio y moderno.

No te dan hoyas, sartenes, tenedores, cuchillos, tazas, cucharas ni nada para el día a día, lo cual es un poco absurdo considerando que sí te dan toallas para los baños y papel higiénico. Tuvimos que comer solo cosas para calentar en el microonda y comprar platos y vasos de plástico.

La chica de la recepción bastante borde y cero resolutiva. Que nos dieron un habitación cuádruple para 3. Y una tenía q dormir en unas literas horribles, q te dabas golpes con todo.

I would rather have had breakfast included. The independent cafe attached was OK, but if you are on a budget, it wasn't cheap. Better to go to an ordinary local bar and get a continental breakfast.
