La chica de la recepción bastante borde y cero resolutiva. Que nos dieron un habitación cuádruple para 3. Y una tenía q dormir en unas literas horribles, q te dabas golpes con todo.

I would rather have had breakfast included. The independent cafe attached was OK, but if you are on a budget, it wasn't cheap. Better to go to an ordinary local bar and get a continental breakfast.

Localização ao lado do metro e da estação de combóio/autocarros donde sai um bus directamente para o aeroporto. Cozinha com possibilidade de fazer refeições no local. Restaurante/bar da residência com comida muito variada e saborosa embora um pouco acima do preço.

Cozinha não equipada com complementos (loiças,trém de cozinha). Não havia dispensadores de sabonete liquido no lavatório nem no duche. Sem gel de banho/champô.

Struttura nuova, camera pulita e con letti ampi e comodi. Posizione veramente buona, ottimamente collegata con aeroporto da bus che fa capolinea proprio nella piazza adiacente, da dove partono bus per molte destinazioni. (ottimo per gita a SanSebastian). C'è anche stazione metro e tram, ma la città si gira benissimo a piedi

Camera con angolo cottura ma non c'è nulla: non una posata, zero bicchieri, zero piatti, nessuna pentola, niente di niente. Se scelgo una soluzione con angolo cottura e pago per questo, mi aspetto di poterlo utilizzare. Diversamente prenoto in albergo, magari con colazione inclusa. Qua neanche un distributore automatico di acqua. Nella descrizione della camera andrebbe specificato. 4 bustine di sapone per le mani in bagno, nè shampoo nè bagnoschiuma.
