Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Nachfrage nach der Heizung, wurde umgehend beantwortet.

Bratpfanne in schlechtem Zustand, müsste ersetzt werden. Dampfabzuglager warscheinlich defekt, bei Betrieb war er sehr laut. Teils klemmten die Schubladen. Im einten Schlafzimmer fällt der Nachttisch fast zusammen. Das Haus befindet sich an einer Hauptstrasse, dadurch teils Strassenlärm hörbar.

The location was excellent being right bang in Broughty Ferry. The property is very bright and spacious. Loved it was ground floor so didn't have to lug the suitcases up stairways. Great hallway size so plenty of room if you have a lot of luggages, which we did.

Very minor points. Living room sofas - both could have 1 small side table to hold drinks. Have 1 x tissue box. Kitchen - add 1 micro cloth for wiping counters and 1 x extra tea towel.

Lovely apartment, spacious and really well designed. Loved the log burner abd thr welcome gift was a nice surprise.
