Great location to the beach and supermarket near by, friendly host

The terrace was not accesable because of construction the first days. The private room in the main floor had a very bad air circulation to the point where there were mold marks and small parts from the ceiling was falling on the floor The equipment in the kitchen were less than basic Just one big pot and a small one for three privat rooms

The location was nice. Keys for your own room. Fridge in the kitchen. The sleeping hours were more or less respected. Towels are provided.

The bed was really uncomfortable. Needed to remove 1 mattress, then it was better . The place's cleanness very much depends on the roomies, for example i could not shower two nights, because the shower was left so dirty and sandy, and another night there was no warm water left. You can hear the apartments above you as they are next to you. No window, but the ventillation was fine. One evening I arrived back front door wide open while noone was in the apartment.. good that my room had keys.

Super close to the beach. Quite safe area and chill (no noise at night). Bus stop, restaurants, bars and supermarkets at less than 2/3 min on foot.

The entrance was horrible. The main door was basically broken and would make a terrible noise. Narrow staircase (not accessible for people with disabilities). There was only one bathroom for floor (you only have access to your floor). I was lucky enough to share the floor with only two other people, otherwise sharing one single bathroom with 7 more people would drive me crazy. Room was fine but the pillow was super uncomfortable and my neck was hurting the morning after. Bathroom was lacking hangers. The shower was very uncomfortable and the knobs were very difficult to understand (hot water wasn’t really coming). Bathroom and kitchen were not very clean, although the last day one of the owners came to “clean” himself a bit. It was the only time I saw one of the members of the staff. Actually, I was quite scared at the very beginning as I was sharing the floor with a man on his 50s, whom I didn’t know, and I had to sleep in the same room and no one else was on that floor.

Close to the beach and other amenities. If you surf, you can rent a board right there.

The place could use quite a bit of cleaning. It was not very dirty per se, however, there is random stuff (not belonging to guests) everywhere, and all floors are covered with sand. Also, it is not just one place, but rather 3 apartments on top of each other. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to count with, if you're traveling in a group. The first floor apartment was a bit underwhelming.
