As this property had storm damage, we were offered another at 9 The Waves. Same host agents, easy to get hold of, superb view.

The replacement property overlooked a very noisy road at night and noisy roadworks during the day. Some flooding from the toilet in the second bathroom. No dishwasher.

"Great flat, great location"

Great apartment with breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the beach. The flat was spotless, in a secure building, and well maintained. It has a Bootlegger cafe and a burger/pizza restaurant downstairs. It’s also within walking distance from a cluster of cafes and restaurants. We did not cook, but the flat is very well equipped if you chose to do so: lots of glasses, pots, utensils, coffee makers (French cafetière and Italian moca)… as well as kettle, oven and microwave. Beds were comfy and there was good water pressure in the shower.
