Everyone at Paradise Bay were amazing, Valerie is so nice and helpful, Michelle is full of knowledge of places to see in Costa Rica, and Peppers Grill's food is amazing and the staff are even more Amazing, Deliana is a delight, Helmer is so nice, James is a pleasure and Reyshel well shes the best!

"Staff was great"

There was a mix up when we got there because I booked a room with two queen beds but it said just one person so it was just a king bed. We made it work and they were really helpful and got us a couch bef

This spot is a cute spot. Don't expect it to be a massive resort. It is a boutique hotel. I got the VIP upgrade which came with a $20 dining voucher but had to spend $50 for it to apply. The room was clean (but there was a dead insect after turnover one day). Room was decently big - had a kitchen area, fridge and microwave. This came in handy when they closed the one restaurant early for dinner due to low patronage. The hotel is close to the beach; takes about a 10 minute walk. Behind the hotel is a mini market if you want to buy beverages. Hotel is close to Jaco, about a 10-15 minutes Uber ride, so that's convenient. They had bikes but they were inoperable. But since the hotel isn't in Jaco, it is a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend if you're looking for a more relaxed environment.

"Paradise Bay Hotel Boutique 10+"

The Paradise (newly remodeled) was an excellent choice for our mid-Feb stay. Hotel staff from reception to check-out were terrific 10+. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Interior and exterior were freshly painted. Pool was sparkling clean. Location was very convenient, only a block from the shopping plaza in one direction and the beach and Coco's in the other. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Food was very good and wait-staff very accommodating. If you're sport fishing and looking for lodging, this is the place.

Nice and clean. Very stylish layout of the room. Comfortable and the property had nice ammenities with the pool, restaurant and spa.
