Very accommodating to have access early after a long overnight flight Dinner was excellent

On day 1 I had no hot water in my shower and the TV automatically shut off at 8:00pm.On day 2 the shower was fixed and the TV stayed on until 9:00 pm. Day 3 no hot water again and tv shut off at 7:30 pm. Day 4 when I arrived at 5:30pm the air conditioner had stopped working and I had to change rooms for my last night there. The staff is very friendly and aren’t responsible for these issues! Id’s just an awful facility with many issues. I was on the second floor initially and the elevator was broken.This is my third and last time at this place! The rate is very reasonable but not worth the hassles especially when no hot water and malfunctioning AC!

Overall very nice room.

It is a great option if you are either playing golf or fishing at Los Sueños. Staff is great.

They over booked the Hotel, and sent us to another Hotel, however the Hotel they sent us was horrible. The room was old, the bed was above some sort of old unused jacuzzi, the fridge was dirty and the bathroom was outside the room. There was no elevator to get to the room and the balcony windows had no security so it was unsecured. We called Paradise Bay to request for the refund as we didn't sleep on the Hotel (we booked another Hotel that same night) and they told us that the refund was not a possibility. And that we had to escalate the case to Expedia. So we did it. Today we received the confirmation from Expedia that Paradise Bay was not going to proceed with the refund. It is a shame that Hotels like Paradise Bay over books rooms to move people to others Hotels. And even worst that the Hotel to which you will be moved is in such bad conditions.

Great room, staff and restaurant. Walkable to local beach, short ride to Jaco and tours.

The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great.

Clean and convenient, staff is friendly. Onsite restaurant is excellent, breakfast is excellent too.

Beautiful place to stay room very spacious and pool area very clean, restaurant food was delicious.

Fantastic property, absolutely spotless, nice and quiet and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurant onsite which came in handy on a couple of days and tons of bidlife flying around. Macaws and Toucans daily, monkeys in the trees across the street in the Marriot property down by their harbor. Cant forgwt the hotel staff, all the girls at the front desk were magical and were as helpful as can be. I would rebook to go back and stay here again anytime, i hope i get the chance. Pura Vida.
