"Hidden payments and bad service"

Clean and ni e place

Hidden payments, terrible company, and I have disappointment in booking.com for allowing this to happen and not help, do not use the scummy company, the final price is not correct, you agree on a price and then they tell you you have to add more to it or else you don't get in the application

"Peaceful retreat with all home comforts"

Good self-catering and parking, clean, warm and comfortable. Very quiet.

Too far to walk into centre of town and parking in Whitby is expensive and difficult to find.

"Relaxing happy few days"

Loved the accommodation very clean, cosy and we'll equipped

Bit further out of whitby than we thought but the maps at the property showing short cuts were very helpful and we had some lovely walks

"Great stay at whitby"

The apartment was lovely and well equipped . Short walk to the promenade. Very comfortable bed . Had a nice relaxing break, everything was in walking distance and a good Chinese restaurant. 👍 . Couldn't have asked for more.

The location, ideal with our dog. Private parking in allocated spot off main road. Comfortable and homely.

It could have had a slightly better clean, but I am very fussy and work directly in holiday accommodation. However given how well it suited our needs we saw past this. I’ve given feedback, not a complaint as we had a lovely time.

"Wonderful Whigby"

The apartment was well appointed comfortable and clean. Situated in a quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the seas front, and about a 20 minutes walk into Whitby. Parking was in a reserved spot outside the property.
