I liked everything , ... thank you

just a minor thing . there was no towel in the downstairs toilet. It would be nice to have a full length mirror next to the exit .

Dirty roof leaked all over the bedroom stairs asked for help needed clean bedding my son and daughter had to go home couldn’t sleep in the bedroom!!! All promised never happened after several calls, messages , they promised !!!! Nothing such a shame as it has beautiful place if it was looked after properly,

location excellent central, terrace bar and views excellent.

this was our second stay… and disappointed to say that we had issues with obtaining the parking passes both times from host & stay. either arrived late or for too short for our stay. also for nearly £900 for the weekend we were shocked that no soap provided for the bathrooms & no welcome pack except bottle of Prosecco… seemed a little mean?

close to centre of Whitby. Fantastic views from bar at top. Lovely balcony at top and pleasant little yard on ground floor. very clean throughout with beautiful kitchen/diner. We all loved the decor throughout this property

Set over 5 floors so stairs may be tricky for some but we found this fun!
