Nice apartment with enough space and a parking spot for the car.

Little things missing like a big mirror in the bathroom (there is only a small mirror for make-up). Complicated check in with too many messages and a forced insurance (25 Pound to cover max 500 Pound damage or 250 Pound deposit plus 10 Pound fee without any cover). This is a no no.

The flat was clean and exceptionally well catered for . We had everything we needed in a home away from home, including thoughtful touches like toys for the kids. Black out curtains in bedroom too! Well connected via bus into margate, ramsgste and broadstairs. 9 mins to margate.

Duvets were really, really heavy and thick. Main bedroom mattress maybe getting old- seems lumpy, and to slant in different directions. Road noise was noticable but didnt disturb our sleep.

The apartment

1 of the beds spring were gone and they didn't offer a replacement or compensation so one of us had to sleep on the floor

Convenient location, spacious, well decorated and comfortable - great to have takeaways and shops nearby as well

Parking was difficult as another flat owner had parked in the designated space so we had to find a side road

It was very homely and welcoming.

It was clean and comfortable everything you needed for a stay after a long day out

The key box was a bit difficult to get to

Really clean and spacious apartment. A helpful welcome guide was emailed beforehand which was really useful. Would thoroughly recommend.
