Too many additional emails & forms and an insurance fee introduced once booked. We felt fined for someone else's previous/potential poor behaviour before we even got there.

It was a really nice layout, and everything Would definitely stay again

Couldn't find the secret draw for the cutlery until the very last day it should be labelled just to give people a heads up.

Central heating was not working properly it was cold property inside . Try to increase temperature from remote but it stay on 18 Celsius all three days . I was with the kids and both the kids were feeling cold during stay try to contact host but they said you need to send pictures through email them we can send someone definitely they don’t want to help me . Not a good experience

Great flat in a modern building. Very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, with comfy beds. 5 min. car ride to the beach and city centre, bus stop in front of the building. We were worried a little about a noisy street that some people wrote about, but it wasn't a problem. Just normal small city traffic.

We had some problems with finding a code to the key box as it was hidden in one of trylion messages we've received from host&stay before our arrival... But it was a minor inconvenience that didn't spoil the stay. For us 10/10!

The property was clean, there was always available parking, it was close to almost EVERYTHING. We were able to get all of our luggage out of the car and into the property discreetly and easily via the secluded back entrance. There is a Tesco less than 2 minutes down the road if you drive and max a SLOW 10 minute walk. If you go straight down one road you hit the beach.

Being by the roadside of a road where people drive like they are on a race track is something that should be mentioned as the noise was bad even with the windows and back doors closed. As it was hot it was uncomfortable to have to sit with the windows and door closed. We thought there was an air circulation system but it seemed to only be heating. No other issue apart from the noise.
