Bed was comfy for sure

Bathroom door wouldnt close. Small water puddle in front of bed. Sink stopper was unscrewed and wouldnt screw back. The TV remote had no backing

I was given a room with a broken bathroom door. When I reported the issue, I was told that maintenance was unavailable and that it would be fixed the next morning. Unfortunately, no one came, and I did not receive any update or apology. I spent two nights dealing with this issue and was unable to properly use the bathroom. The lack of communication and follow-through was very disappointing and negatively affected my stay.

There was nothing that I liked about this property. As a matter of fact, being a travel agent, this will go on a list within my company as "Do NOT Book!!" I am so disappointed in what I paid for! I will be sure to let other agents know.

Everything! From the moment we walked in the door, not having a live person to check in with was the first thing that was off putting. Once in our room, the smell of marijuana was so strong and the overall look and feel of the room, we did not take our shoes off unless sleeping in the bed. Speaking of sleep...it was only after we took the smoke detector completely from the wall that we were able to get any sleep. It would randomly release a high pitched squeal. Took the batteries out...then the chirping. Finally, removed the wire from the back so we could sleep. The two things that were the WORST...1. When I went to plug something in beside the bed, I noticed a multitude of mold on the bed frame....directly under where my pillow would be. DISGUSTING!! 2. After returning to our room Sunday evening, we noticed the door was ajar. It appears housekeeping entered and did not make sure the door shut tightly after them. Thank God none of our belongings were missing, but that could have cause a whole other list of reasons not to stay here!! Just completely disappointed and disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and care of this hotel!

Talking to a person through a machine when live person was behind counter. No breakfast. No signage to know where to go.
