Clean comfortable great location. Lovely view from balcony

Great location, easy to walk into the city and close to the plaza shopping centre. Nice clean room with a balcony looking up at the fort on the hill (in the room I got). Air con is a big plus also.

The kitchen was usable although lacking a few simple tools like scissors and carving knives etc but overall not bad. No oven but wasn't expecting one. The hob and microwave did the job for me.

Die Unterkunft war klein, aber absolut ausreichend und sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir sie selbst nicht genutzt haben. Besonders überzeugt hat uns die zentrale Lage: Der Markt, die Altstadt und der Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt in der Nähe. Auch die Parksituation war unkompliziert: Von 20:00 Uhr bis 08:00 Uhr kann man das Auto kostenlos auf der Straße (in den blau markierten Zonen) abstellen. Tagsüber besteht die Möglichkeit, das Auto in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage für 7,50 € pro Tag sicher zu parken. Insgesamt eine rundum angenehme Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle.

The location is incredibly convenient. It is close to everything in main Funchal. The apartment is super clean; they clean every couple of days, so it was impeccable all the time. It is also very little invasive, so it felt as if it was my place. The tiny balcony was great for having a coffee in the morning with the sun coming out. It is a great quite apartment. If you are not planning on making your life there (like heavy cooking, etc.).

just missing a few cooking utensils like good knifes but that is about it, I loved the place!

Strategic location, available kitchen (with fridge and cooking, kettle). If u want to explore the city, there is car/motorbike rental nearby.

A superb apartment in a very central location for down town Funchal. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Balcony view from our room 20 wasn’t great, but it was very private and it did benefit from the early morning sunshine which was lovely. We would definitely use these apartments again for our next visit to Maderia.

Was advertised as having a view of the city no city view from our studio only fencing we were disappointed by this

The location was goody, close to city center, restaurants and super market.

The facilities can be improved, there needs to be one bedtable with lamp on each side of the bed and a bigger hanger for storing clothes. I think the accommodation was overpriced for what it offers.
