Posizione strategica, fuori dalla zona centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Nelle vicinanze c'è un grosso centro commerciale, l'autonoleggio e bar per la colazione. Qualche passo a piedi e raggiungi ristoranti molto carini e dove si mangia discretamente a prezzi non proprio economici ma abbordabili.

In cucina ci vorrebbe qualche armadietto in più: una credenza o qualche mensola dove riporre la spesa ad esempio. La stanza non era molto comoda poiché gli spazzi a disposizione per sistemare le cose, vestiti, scarpe ecc.. non sono ben sfruttati. Comunque ci si adatta facilmente.

Das Appartement war sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten einen Balkon, mit einem seitlichen schönen Blick. Gegenüber war ein altes Gebäude, hatte aber den Vorteil, dass uns niemand ins Zimmer schauen konnte. Wir haben den gemütlichen Balkon jeden Abend genossen. Die Lage war super, nur wenige Minuten in die Stadt oder zu einem Supermarkt. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Laden mit Frühstück und den wichtigsten Dingen. Wir hatten uns gegen einen Mietwagen entschieden und sind überall schnell hingekommen. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen!

Mir sind Badezimmer mit Fenster immer lieber, aber das kann man nicht beeinflussen. Das Lüften war aber problemlos.

Logement très fonctionnel, propre et parfaitement entretenu. Linge et serviettes renouvelés tous les deux jours. Idéalement situé à deux pas de l’hypercentre de Funchal, avec un stationnement facile pour ensuite profiter du reste de l’île. A largement dépassé mes attentes.

Location was amazing, and I loved the view from the 3rd-floor studio.

The only thing missing was a steamer or iron for my clothes, since I was there for a conference

The location is great. The studio is small. The balcony was to the rear of the building, therefore it was closed in with a trellis but it was great to have. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fine for a couple of days, there is no freezer compartment in the fridge. There was no tea towel provided. The rubbish was not collected. The towels have seen better days. It was a little noisy from other guests but earplugs do help. I would recommend for a short visit. The air on is a big plus.
