Martha's Bed and Breakfast

We stayed in the Norma Room on the third floor while in Lincoln for our daughter’s graduation, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The entire house was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with quick and easy access to downtown Lincoln where our main events were held. Breakfast each morning was delicious and such a lovely way to start the day. We’re so glad we chose this B&B and would happily stay again!

The bed was softer than we personally prefer, but that comes down to taste. We also didn’t realize that daily housekeeping was available, so we ended up making do with one towel and washcloth for three days—that was on us for not asking. Even so, the stay was comfortable and welcoming, and we’d happily return next time we’re in town.

The continental breakfast in the morning was so good! I really enjoyed being able to converse with the other guests. We even saw a little fox in the yard!

My tv didn't work at all the whole time I was there, which was fine because I was hardly there, but might be annoying for others.

My husband and I recently stayed at Martha’s Bed and Breakfast and had a truly wonderful experience. We stayed in the Martha Master, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The entire house is absolutely stunning, full of charm, character, and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Todd, the host, was so warm, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make the stay special. The young woman who served us breakfast was an absolute delight, cheerful, attentive, and made our mornings even more enjoyable. From start to finish, everything about our stay was relaxing, memorable, and filled with hospitality. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Martha’s Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in Lincoln.

10/10 would recommend! I booked a stay here as a treat after a 14-hour drive, and now I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lincoln. Martha’s delivers everything it promises and more. Beautifully appointed, peaceful rooms with plush beds and a fantastic shower made it the perfect place to recharge after a long trip. The historic charm combined with thoughtful modern touches created a cozy yet luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious, made with care, and served with warmth and genuine hospitality.

House was beautiful and very clean. Staff was accommodating with morning coffee on the comfortable front porch. Safe Neighborhood. Would highly recommend.
