The beautiful property was restored to its original condition & immaculate!

The street it is located on is gorgeous for starters. You are immediately lifted up when you turn the corner. The home is museum quality but also comfortable. Todd is a terrific host and ready to give details on the property and its restoration. Gotta love the chairs that came from the Casey Kasey estate! There is beauty everywhere, the bathroom was roomy, good coffee and a continental breakfast, good air conditioning.We would stay here again in a minute! For what is on offer here, the price is totally fair.

There was nothing to dislike about this place

This lovely bed and breakfast was one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed places my boyfriend and I have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The house itself is stunning, rich in history, yet filled with modern comforts. Every detail of our room was perfect, from the plush bedding and cozy robes to the elegant decor that made the space feel both luxurious and personal. The entire property is peaceful, quiet, and full of character. We especially loved the common areas with their original woodwork, antique charm, and inviting atmosphere. It felt more like visiting a dear friend’s home than staying in a hotel. We can't wait to return.

Short stay prevented us meeting other guests

Breakfast was tasty. The dining room was beautiful with original woodwork, lovely dishes, and wonderful conversation with other guests and our server. Breakfast will be even better when the facility has permission to use its kitchen to cook.

A few more menu options would have been nice. Food choices were limited.

Martha’s B&B is such a hidden gem in Lincoln. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. It felt like we were guests in someone’s beautiful, historic home. The whole place has so much charm, with elegant antiques, thoughtful details, and a cozy atmosphere that makes it really special. Our room was bright, spotless, and incredibly comfortable (the bed was amazing!). The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and breakfast each morning was a lovely, relaxing way to start the day. You can tell the owners put a lot of love and care into every part of the experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!
