Staff was helpful

One of the rooms had a bathroom door issue that we couldn't close. We had to request a room change on that day. The standard room was not available, so they gave us a deluxe room for a day and then again changed it to a standard room. TV remote doesn't work, No toiletries were provided, Had to request toilet paper. Need to remind them to provide bottles the next day.
