Breakfast was not good, whatever available is totally cold and even not having taste.

Room not cleaned, Bed sheet is torn out & dirty along with pillow cover, web & cockroach found in room. Toiled exhaust having loid noise like some engine is running & even washbasin bulb is fused

The room which in get in corner wifi is not working properly there

Very bad service I booked the hotel for 2 days from 13 feb to 15 Feb 2025 and paid the full 2day amount for booking 4634472404. But had to do an early check out due to a personal emergency and asked for a one day refund. But there is no support by stating you need to inform 24 Hrs before. If anyone knows that any emergency is going to come well in advance then it would not be an emergency right. Simple ridiculous reply. For sure I will never go for treebo hotels in future.

Value for money

There's no big cabinet for clothes, no hanger for clothes

Fairly clean and comfortable. Hot water controls were outside, so we got no hot water initially. Later the hot water was plentiful. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room, but a very limited amount was supplied - one coffee sachet, one coffee whitener sachet, two tea bags and very tiny cups. The room was well lit and had necessary power points to charge our devices. There are several eateries close to the hotel and it is not too far from local attractions. Good location. The manager was very helpful in telling our driver about the different points of interest and how to get to those spots. He also came to our room as we could feel a draught and helped to sort out the problem.

The tea and coffee making facilities could be improved. They could also be placed on a higher level - not on a shelf so close to the ground. Also, please supply a spoon or a stirrer. The hot water controls should be in the room. Guests should not have to wash in cold water when they don’t know about the switch being elsewhere. We asked for an extra blanket as it was so cold, but it wasn’t supplied, though the manager said he would send it to us. Breakfast is served from 9 am, so we had to leave without breakfast as we had to make an early start. Earlier breakfast service would be great. At least tea and toast could be easily provided for early leavers. We got tea from a nearby shop as we had used up our allotted tea bags the previous evening.
