Treebo Iceberg 700Meters From Venna Lake

Staff was exceptionally helpful as our departure was a little late compared to the checkout time. Location is within walking distance from Venna lake and many food outlets around. A nice strawberry farm very close by

My booking was cancelled without contacting me in person despite me indicating my check in timing... it placed me and my family in a very difficult situation... thanks to the receptionist who immediately booked a different hotel for the family... luckily the app doesn't have a zero star else I would I have given it...

I like the location and treatment of staff members

There was no door latch for main door other than round one. One of the room didn't have geaser. Toiletries are supposed to provide as per booking manual but there was no toiletries provided. I think as per amount taken for a stay, we didn't get facilities

Excellent location. Breakfast was good

Due to a problem with the water tank on the second day of our stay, we had to shift to a different stay nearby, called Bagicha villas. Although the location was good, the rooms in the new stay was not upto mark

Location of the property is really good. It is at walking distance from Venna lake and Mahakaleshwar market is only 4 km away.

First of all Booking.com, Treebo and Hotel needs to work properly as they operate as three different entities. I booked through Booking.com and I was asked directly to pay at the hotel. After I booked, I received msgs asking me to pay half amount in advance due to high demand. When I paid that, I started recieving msgs that I have not paid and my Booking might be cancelled. When I reached hotel, I was told I have not paid and the money was not reflecting. I showed them payment receipt but they said they can't see it. I paid remaining half asking them to wait till the other half reflects in their system. Next day they said they still don't see the money and asked me to speak with Treebo. I tried calling Treebo but it was difficult reaching them. After a lot of hustle, hotel manager said he was able to see the payment. The entire experience their was poor. About the property - Hotel was very unhygienic. Bedding was utterly gross. Their kitchen looked like a cave and hence dint eat food their. Rooms are adjacent to each other and every voice is heard from all rooms and outside.
