Immeuble rénové mais les finitions dans l’appartement ne sont pas faites. Deux oreillers différents dont 1 sans taie. Pas d’eau chaude le premier jour. Pas de service personnalisé.

The location was perfect - everything on Ortigia Island was just a short walk away, and other attractions in Syracuse were also easily accessible. Very quiet apartment.

Perhaps just a locker would have made our stay even more comfortable.

L’appartamento bellissimo, spazioso, pulito, elegante. Strategica la posizione con vista dal balconcino. Voto 10…. Lo consiglierò sicuramente

Gražus butas, nuostabi vieta

La casa è situata a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, Ampia, confortevole, con due grandi stanze da letto , una con bagno privato. Perfetta per una vacanza ad ortina e ritrovarsi al pieno centro della città ogni sera. Nonostante la posizione centrale e l'aria molto frequentata, la casa è insonorizzata ed una volta chiuse le finestre non si sente nulla. Consigliamo di organizzarsi in tempo con i parcheggi limitrofi perché ortigia è una a zona traffico limitato. Proprietario molto disponibile.

Data la centralità della casa e il fatto che Ortigia sia area ZTL, è necessario camminare 20 minuti minimo per raggiungere le aree di parcheggio appena fuori l'isola, nel caso in cui fosse una vacanza in cui si prevedono molti spostamenti verso altre zone, spiagge etc è da considerare nelle tempistiche di spostamento.

Great Location. Rooms Comfortable.

Host could not meet us, but we were told how to gain access. Beautiful spacious apartment on arrival, THEN informed we were given keys for the wrong apartment and had to move out by 12.00 the next day. Only 10 feet across the stairwell to the correct apartment but it was half the size of the first! Still nice but there was no hot water and had to wait until the host arrived back the next day for it to work, so no shower to start with. The next day the electricity cut off and I was told to go downstairs to reset it. this did not work. We went out and when we returned all okay. Also, vitrually NO TV signal.
