It was very clean, quiet and nice place with a minimalistic design. There are all the necessary amendments and even a body moisturizer in the dressing room :)

There are no windows in the capsules.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, on-site convenient shop, near train stations and airport. There are some nice local eateries nearby.

The design of the toilet door is inconvenient to get in and out of, and there is no door bumper to stop the door from hitting the wall and generating noise. The design of the shower area near the door caused water to flow out of the shower area.

"I wish I knew in advance that hot baths were not available."

Everything was quite clean and modern

1. The entrance locker into the capsule room was hard to figure out and it was very loud as well. You will be woken up every single time when someone tries to enter their room - it's hard to get a good night's sleep, unfortunately, even though the room seemed very comfortable at first. 2. I booked this hotel to enjoy an onsen/hot bath. Unfortunately, when I checked in, I was immediately informed that it was not available. If I had known that in advance, I would have picked a different stay, since the location is not really good and for this price, there are much better options available.

Staff was friendly, convenience store is just right below inside the hotel and train station was near. Room was big and clean.

I booked for 4 person but we only have 3 towels, 3 sets of tea bags and even though I’ve informed the staff they kept forgetting in the next housekeeping. There was also one day where they forgot to housekeep our room when we had the makeup room light on. Otherwise it was all good, rlly loved the room. Thanks!
