Very near the train station for Gupo, but it’s quite far from all the Busan attraction. Takes about 1 hour to go anywhere from the hotel unles you catch the KTX from Gupo station to Busan station (15mjns) Nice gym

Did not provide any toiletries like toothbrush toothpaste etc

It was clean and very cozy. The bed is very comfortable. It was near the train station so the location is great.

Upon check out, I forgot my earrings in the shower room near the shampoo dispenser. I explained it to the staff where I left it but they didnt check at all and insisted that there are no items in lost and found. They also didnt let me check it as I already surrendered my access. It was also my fault but it was a bit hard to communicate with the staff.
