Great location, staff couldn’t do more, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfy deluxe room. Loved the bath, welcome drinks, coffee machine, views from all windows, great space to relax and feels like home 🏡

Noisy. Noise from kitchen area , plus staff under both windows talking and having cigarette breaks etc. New pillows a must! Couldn’t get tv channels despite re tuning however Leon did sort this for me in second night! Noise from staff walking up and down stairs below to basement kitchen. If you want peace and quiet this room is not for you.

Fab room in a lovely location in the central Lakes. Auto Check in and Check out was really easy. Good breakfast choice and all really tasty. Would definitely stay again.

Staff could have been more helpful. Left us with heavy bags to climb many stairs to find our room. Would have been nice if they would have at least showed us to room.

Fan in bathroom did not work in Yew Tree room, blinds did not stop daylight coming in at 4.30am Also room smelt of wet dog Only two channels on T V worked
