Lodge - Sleeps 6 hot tub & pet friendly

It was spacious and private, and the staff were really friendly and on hand to help at any time - we had an issue with the boiler when we got there but it was fixed immediately

The towels were wet when we arrived and the hot tub didn’t get to the right temperature whilst we where there (but that was due to the weather being stormy).

Absolutely amazing place to stay, host was superb! Clean and comfy, was like a home from home. I have stayed in many caravan parks and this lodge was the best I’ve stayed in!!

Very spacious. Staff very helpful.

Had to get help to get TV working. Had to ask for 2nd towel. Both matters sorted for us so not a problem.

3 beds were booked, only two were provided for 3 people Kitchen utensils left in dirty in dishwasher and sink. Bed linen in one of the bedrooms was dirty, with hairs on. Shower head in bathroom was hanging off wall and held in place with a spoon. Hot tub water was dirty. Dirty linen, was placed in a mop bucket. No bin bags, or dishwasher tablets, or any cleaning products in lodge Complaints were met with indifference from the staff and denial that the lodge was left in this condition. Flat was eventually cleaned linen and extra bed provided. Too little too late. We wasted money on this place.

Location was lovely

The tv wouldn’t work, there was a cat in our caravan on arrival, there was dishes on the draining board, the hot tub wasn’t ready on our arrival, we had to wait till 10pm till it was warm enough to get in, and there was not hand wash
