near the airport : isla verde. good location. the bedrooms are comfortable.

dirty on the common or shared areas. theres bugs in the outdoor furniture. The address given leads to a restaurant or store you have to text to get to the house, which is near the restaurant address listed. The wifi didn't work .

It was really close to the beach and very close to where I ended up staying for a month so it itroduced me to the area. I only stayed overnight but it was a good experience.

I asked for a bottom bed near a socket due to disability and needing to use a CPAP machine. They were unable to provide me with one. When I arrived one of the guests offered to switch beds before I had even asked in wxchange for $15-20 and I was tired so I did that. If they had just accommodated my request I wouldn't have had to and now I am not sure if this was a more intentional collaboration with someone on staff to make me pay for what I should have been accommodated with for free. Because of this, it is the place, of all the places I have stayed in San Juan and Puerto Rico, that I am least likely to return to again.

It may not look like this but this is well functioning and properly maintained hostel. Considering the price of the accommodation, the quality/cost ratio is very good.

The silence at night is a problem - respect for people's sleep is not written in the hostel rules.

Only stayed there 2 minutes, it was awful.

Showed up to the place, only to find that our booking made through your website was not honoured and despite booking 10 beds well in advance we were told there were only 4 available. We were stranded in San Juan without a place to stay and had to search AirBnb for a new accommodation which fortunately accepted us. Awful.

The location and the price. Everybody takes time to get to know the new arrivals and they are all so welcoming.

I left my pancake and hash brown in the fridge, I hope someone ate it instead of throwing it away. The kitchen was small.
