The location, away from crowds, was very peaceful with beautiful scenery- surrounded by trees. The room was spacious with a huge window overlooking the forest. The staff was exceptional- they helped us with an issue we were having regarding our return flight, they spoke to the flight booking agency on our behalf due to language barriers. They attended to our every request. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Nice area and easy access by car or taxi. Comfortable, spacious and super TV screen! Staff were all polite and professional and The Stone restaurant on the 3rd floor had pretty good food esp the risotto, salads and soups!

Jacuzzi is outdoors so too cold to use.

The hotel is located near Hallasan trails! The room is spacious with nice garden and jacuzzi. We called room-in dining and we really enjoyed the stay! The breakfast is also good! Staff is very helpful as well!

일단 한라산 자락의 위치가 너무 좋았구요 저희는 구건물이었는데도 조용하고 있을것도 다있고 제주도를 흠뻑 느낄수 있어서 만족했습니다 조식은 제가 먹어본 조식중 최고였습니다 강추합니다 👍🏻
