Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju

Very high standard hotel, with great location, super friendly staff and great restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised and did not expect this level of comfort and service.

Relativ luxuriöse Unterkunft mit entsprechender Ausstattung wie Beamer und privatem Aussenbad. Unser Zimmer inkl. Bad war sehr grosszügig abgemessen. Die Privatsphäre ist dank grossem Abstand und solider Bauweise zum Nachbarzimmer gewährleistet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und bietet westliches und koreanisches Frühstück. Der Infitnity-Hotelpool auf dem Dach bietet gute Aussicht auf Jeju Stadt. Der Hotelkomplex ist relativ abgelegen, ohne Auto ist die Mobilität schwierig. Saune und Fitness gehören ebenso zum Angebot.

Es ist eine grosse Anlage, entsprechend weitläufig können die Fusswege zum Restaurant und Parkplatz sein.

객실이 별개동으로 돼있고 프라이빗하게 가꿔져있어서 별장에 온것처럼 평화를 느낄수 있었어요😊 자쿠지에서 여독을 풀기도 좋았고 조식 먹으러 가는길도 산책로를 걷는것 처럼 힐링 그 자체였습니다. 숙소 내부는 모던하고 고급스럽게 잘 꾸며져있었고 간접조명을 많이 써서 아늑한 분위기 였어요. 침구도 침대도 좋아서 푹잤네요. 조식 메뉴는 중식 위주였고 와인안주(?), 디저트 베이커리로 구성돼있었고 이틀동안 바뀌지 않았어요. 간이 전반적으로 쎄지 않아서 넘 좋았고 아기 먹이기도 좋았어요.

호텔로 가는길이 가로등 없는 산길이어서 좀 당황했어요 ㅎㅎ; 시가지랑 떨어져있어 조용해서 좋았지만 그만큼 편의시설이 주변에 없다는 단점이 있었습니다. 그리고 객실 컨디션은 전반적으로 훌륭했지만 샤워실에서 메이크업 룸으로 물이 넘어오는거랑 산속에 있다보니 자쿠지쪽엔 벌레가 나오고 거미줄이 쳐져있어서 좀 불편했어요. 숙소특성상 감안하셔야 하는게 좋겠고 이런 단점이 있어도 이번 여행의 높은 만족도에 이 호텔이 한몫했다는건 확실하네요👍

Amazing room, so spacious and the huge screen with Netflix and YouTube was a great addition. The beds are very soft. Bulgari bathroom amenities were lovely, with great counter space, Dyson hair dryer, a heated towel rack and good water pressure in the shower. The outdoor tub was nice - you just need to clean it as leaves and little bugs may wander it but that's not a big issue. The hotel provides a bath bomb for you to enjoy. Lots of plugs, lovely lobby, a nice infinity pool above the lobby. They take you around by buggy but it is nice to walk from the room to the lobby. They also give Jeju snacks as welcome amenities It is more secluded up the hill, near the Goblin Road and with horse riding centres nearby. Jeju Airport is around 30 minutes drive and the nearest convenience store around 5-10 minutes drive. The staff at the desk are very warm, Bryan was very helpful with our checkout.

Cleanliness could be improved - there was a hair in the (unused) bathrobe and when we came back to the room, the toilet roll had not been replaced and the bin cover was still on the floor. The property is not very responsive on Booking.com or via email, as I tried to request date changes ahead of my stay and received no response. If the outdoor tub could be made more private by adding more plants, that would be nice as people on the upper floor can look down into your bath. The road leading to the hotel needs lights.

There are not enough English instructions. Everything is electric, and there is no explanation on how to use it.

The room and hotel were beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Even helping us organise transport for later on in our trip.
