Beach front was great! While everything was very clean, shower needed a bit of extra care to prevent some mold spots in crevices.

Nice place to stay, would go back

The stay was very pleasant, clean and beachfront. Excellent views and pool with beach view.

The hotel was okay. Room was tiny and it felt like the AC never got cool. We never got our room cleaned and didn’t realize you had to put the sign on it to get it cleaned. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved how it was super close to the beach basically on the beach. They also had a restaurant and it was good too!! Oh and the shower would get scalding hot even when turned on in the middle or close to cold. Other than it was an okay hotel.

The location of the hotel is fabulous. We were taken very good care of by Alexis and Luis when we were at the beach!! Our breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel was very nice and the server Eduardo was attentive. Progreso is a wonderful town with kind people. It is a grest location for families too We felt very safe during our time here. I highly recommend the location and hotel.

The location is great and safe. The beach and service are chill and enjoyable. Emanuel is very gracious and helpful. The restaurant food tends towards Italian and seafood - it would be nice to have some Yucatan cuisine too. Come and enjoy the hospitality!

Everyone was absolutely amazing. Especially Emmanuel, Stephanie, Luis, Victor and Edwardo. The place was beautiful and the people were super nice. The food at the restaurant was so good we went there multiple times. Be sure to get drinks on the beach!

Hotel Scappata was a wonderful vacation spot for a young g couple like myself and my boyfriend. It had the nicest staff. They were very personal and remembered our names. The view was stunning and the drinks were strong and good. I will be returning.

Tiny room, ever smaller bathroom, uncaring management staff. Won’t go back. Check in was chaos because they couldn’t figure out if our room was ready or not. Used no card for a depost on incidentals but even though I didn’t use any of r have any charges they still out a charge on my card for using it as a deposit. Manager David or said he’s a manager said that’s how they do it. Complained to him about the small room and it not being directly facing the ocean as it appears on their website and how it was explained to me when I called before booking and he just shrugs his shoulders. To get the maid to clean our room and give us fresh towels we had to go from nd her and then open the room for her and wait while she cleaned because she said they lost the other key . So someone else has a key to our room? Oh no it’s somewhere to n the hotel lost. What? Bathroom was so small you’d hit your head on the wall to m front and f the toilet if you weren’t careful. Told David on checkout that I was unhappy about all these things and some others and he just didn’t care. I told him my review on trip advisor was not going to be good and he just shrugged and said it didn’t matter anyway that I could say whatever I wanted . So, my next visit to See progresso, whites a fun little beach town I will be booking a different hotel.
