No tiene buena señal wifi No tiene secadora de cabello No tiene agua para beber ni para café en la habitación a pesar que el costo de la habitación es igual a un hotel en la ciudad

Wonderful location, fine reasonably-priced restaurant, very helpful front desk. Roof pool and plenty of good outdoor deck chairs for sunning and looking at sea. Room very spartan, one cheap uncomfortable desk chair, no others except two good ones on balcony. No pictures on walls. No frills. Bathroom nicely appointed, bright, beautiful. Shower pretty chilly.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great location. The beach was nice and everything was within walking distance. However, when we got there the tv didn’t work. Next, the remote to the AC didn’t work, the coffee pot leaked water, the handle came off the shower. All of these things the staff handled right away. Twice there was no water for a short period of time (they were changing tanks??). These things are not big deals. The worst of it was the tiny bottled waters we purchased in the restaurant after a long walk on the Malecón. We were charged over $200 pesos ($11) for one small bottled water. We asked the waiter if that was correct and were assured that it was correct. Absolutely ridiculous. It was also very loud. Nothing the hotel could do about that but there was a very loud clanging-banging from a large piece of construction equipment two lots over. Also, lots of street noise.

El trato del personal es increible, amables, humanos, buenas personas, ojala no cambien el ambiente y el trato que dan a sus hiespedes

Nice place, good location but seems like you're trying to milk every penny. It would be nice to have a frig. for my stuff not the stuff you're trying to sell. I travel a fair amount and I've never been asked to pay for an extra coffee capsule. I think people would prefer paying a little more instead of the old nickel and dime.

While it is beautiful, certain things weren’t properly planned. We got the sea view room, The varandah over looks a portion of the sea. The TV is right beside the door when entering, so you bump your head when you come in, the toilet is set in a way that you can’t comfortably use it. If u get a room that goes up, be careful with the stairs… The plus side about it is that the property is by the beach, has its own private sitting area, close to the main area in progresso, the bed is nice to sleep in and safe. The hotel has a restaurant. The food is average, some things are great and some are okay.

No vale la pena el precio tan elevado por la calidad del hotel

Esta muy cerca de la Playa, y tienen camastros en ella que puedes utilizar. La comida en el restaurante es muy rica y el hotel es de los mas bonitos de la zona.

Very enjoyable stay, room was very clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We had a very convenient room on the first floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some spoke English, so this helps a lot. The only minor problem was slow speed internet for the TV. This was our second year to stay at this location. Nice rooftop pool, and lovely view of the beach across the street. Close to lots of restaurants, as well as the one on site. They held our luggage at the desk, and let us use their beach towels, so we could still enjoy the beach until our ride came later in the afternoon. They are very helpful.

We stayed at the Scappata just one night. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was great with a very comfy king size bed. Centrally located on the boardwalk in Progreso. We ate at the Scappata restaurant…amazing food and service. It’s a must see!
