Host & Stay - Green Willow

Great stay at Green Willow. Clean, comfortable and in a lovely setting. Couldn't have asked for more really. Plenty of room for the kids to play and the little enclosed garden at the back was a nice change of scene for them. The cottage is just a stones throw from the village square and there's a good recreational area about 5mins walk away The bathroom and kitchen was nicely done as well equipped so eating-in was no issue at all. Would 100% come back if staying in North Yorks again.

Only two tiny, very minor points and both are only applicable if you're staying in summer. Firstly, the nature of the cottage means it's absolutely boiling upstairs, some fans wouldn't go amiss to make the night times a bit more comfortable. Secondly, the curtains are rubbish...didn't really block any light out so again, in summer it was sub-optimal.

Fantastic location for visiting Masham and the surrounding area. Nice lounge area with open fire, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful little garden with seating. Beds very comfortable and furnished to a good spec. Clean, well maintained. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning if back in the area.

Small compact and tidy. Beds were comfortable and downstairs shower was good.

No washing up liquid. No tin foil to keep grill pans clean and easier to wash. Usually there is a small welcome pack when I stay at air B&B.

So cosy & homely

An amazing and well equipped home. Fantastic location in a lovely village. We stayed at Christmas and it was very well decorated in every room. No problem parking outside.

Outside light wasn,t working, but there is a torch so not too much of a problem.

Great location. Spacious house with room for 4 adults and a little dog. Big secure garden.

There wasn't a light in the garden so had to use torches. A few maintenance issues that we spotted ( carpet on the stairs unstuck, stool in the kitchen unsafe and wobbly) The welcome guide asked us to put bedding and towels in black bags on departure but there were none provided

Beautiful, clean and very cosy. Very comfortable and lovely decor. Well maintained and great location.

There was an issue with the shed lock, to access firewood, garden furniture and washing machine. After lots of communication, the issue was still not resolved during our stay. The heating was erratic, going on and off at peculiar hours.

Convenient location. Short stroll into village, local shops & pubs.
