Location on edge of town was good. The house was well equipped and clean. Very nice garden.

Nothing we didn’t like

The cottage is gorgeous with everything we could possibly need for our stay. It's been very well thought out and has some lovely homely touches and is decorated beautifully. Lovely and clean, garden is very pretty and enclosed, so good for the dog. Location, in terms of distance to everything Masham has to offer, is perfect.

It's on a very busy road, not very wide but the speed that the trucks go past at is enough to make the bed shake! I was woken each morning around 5.30 as the traffic started. It is an old property and so would have been a lovely quiet road at one time, so completely understand that this can't be helped. The TV is only for streaming so difficult to watch live TV, all channels are available but as there is no guide it's easy to miss stuff. Having said that we didn't really stay in to watch much TV, but I could see it being a problem. A little welcome pack would be nice, milk, tea and coffee. There was a couple of tea bags, I presume left by a previous guest, but I had read reviews saying there wasn't anything so fortunately brought some.

I didn’t like the pre stay contact from you! Countless messages with links missing and requests for photo ID isn’t something I’ve come across before. Although I liked the house I didn’t like dealing with host and stay.

Location and property was comfortable and cosy.

Property exactly as expected

Great location for exploring Masham and surrounding Dales. Well presented and very clean. Had all the amenities needed. Really useful welcome book. Brilliant that they are dog friendly and have a secure garden.

Dogs cannot go upstairs or on furniture. Keeping dogs downstairs without any gate is quite tricky so worth baring in mind. The property also opens onto the street so some dog owners may find this hard to manage.

A true ‘home from home’ very clean, extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. A fully equipped kitchen. Lovely outdoor seating area, it was a super sun trap and we enjoyed relaxing outdoors as the weather was ‘very kind’ to us with bright sunshine. A luxury huge bed, so very comfortable. Our dog Hector loved playing in the secluded garden too 🐾

Lovely cosy cottage in a great location. Just a short walk into the square.

Comfy beds and good location for the walk into the centre. Garden great for our dog. Convenient parking outside.

Dishwasher filter was dirty and looked like hadn’t been cleaned for ages. Full of food. I cleaned it out! Some Crockery and pans needed washing before use. Hob lights need changing. More than one tea towel for a 10 day break would have been good.
