The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the central location is definitely the biggest advantage of this property. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance.

However, the rest of the experience did not match the very high rating of this property. The windows are not soundproof, making it extremely noisy late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep well. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning service or pillow/sheet change during our stay. Communication felt focused on rules and potential fines rather than guest service and hospitality. The bathroom was not in the best condition, with visible black spots in the shower area. The soap/shampoo provided was of very low quality and appeared watered down. In addition, the bed felt smaller than advertised and was not particularly comfortable for two people. Overall, while the location is excellent and the arrival process was straightforward, the accommodation did not meet the expectations created by its rating and price.

The property was well located, very spacious, well appointed, great kitchen, an amazing shower, and the most comfortable bed. Can’t say enough good things about this apartment.
